Lamé Ivoire is perfect for highlighting the brow bone and as an inner eye highlight. If you don’t usually gravitate to liquid shadows, these are a game changer, application is a breeze and they stay put even on oilier eye lids lasting all day. Staying power of these are really good since they set to a completely budge-proof veil of colour. The other three shades have a more smooth, metallic molten look. The only colour that’s an identical formula match to earlier releases is Lamé Acier which has an ultra shimmery finish, with fine but noticeable shimmer particles. The formula of the new limited edition colours are somewhat different to the previous Ombre Premiere eyeshadows. It’s a race against time to make sure there’s an even blend before these set and they really do set FAST!

My preferred method of application is using fingers to dab & blend till there’s an even wash of colour (alternatively a firm synthetic brush could also work for a streak free diffused application). Ombre Premiere Laque’s are a creamy liquid eyeshadow that can be used on it’s own or layered and combined with an eye pencil or eyeshadow. There’re 4 Ombre Premiere Laque within this collection. The eye pencils define & add depth while the Ombre Premiere Laque enhance the look with a ‘touch of radiance’ to catch the light.
The key focus of the collection is the eyes. There’s also new 4 Nail Polishes, 2 Rouge Allure Velvet Lipsticks & a brand new limited edition blush shade to complete the look. I’m excited to finally see more Liquid Eyeshadows as well as Eyeshadow Pencils as they are my everyday go-to’s. Each colour group working in synergy for a complete Tone-on-Tone look. For Fall/Winter Chanel released a collection composed around 4 shades warm grey, khaki, terracotta and reddened brown.
